The “South Lake Manor”,
is a weekly rental but can be rented in the off-season. Be sure to
book a romantic weekend at this picturesque get-a-way!
2008 Season
High Season:
June 28th - August 30th
$3,995.00 per week
Low Season:
Aug. 30th - June 28th
$2,900.00 per week
All rates are subject to 5% GST & PST Sales Tax of 10%.
(rentals prices are for total of 8 adults - $100.00 per week for
additional adult each & children 16 and over)
Weekend Get-Away
Minimum of $800.00 for Friday & Saturday
(total of 6 people)
$100.00 per person for more then 6 - sleeps 15
Reservations: A deposit of 25% will confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy : If reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 transaction fee . If cancellation is after the 60 days and another booking occurs you will receive the deposit less the transaction fee. Should a cancellation occur after the balance is deposited there will be no refund unless another booking occurs.
Check In is at 3:30pm.
Check out is at 10:00am
All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday except in off-season
If you are late getting in and would like grocery's
picked up, please let us know and we will be happy to provide this
